Our Story
Velora Concierge was born from a dream that had been growing for years. Long before the name Velora existed, I knew I wanted to build something of my own.
Throughout my career, I had the opportunity to work for successful companies, lead teams, improve processes, and support growing businesses. Those experiences taught me an important lesson: if I could help build someone else’s vision, why couldn’t I build one of my own?
Years spent supporting successful businesses gave me the confidence to take that leap of faith. I knew I had the skills, the experience, and the passion. The only thing left was finding the courage to create something that reflected the kind of life and business I truly believed in. But Velora wasn’t created simply because I wanted to own a business. It was created because I wanted to build a different way of living—for myself and for others.
I believe success shouldn’t require sacrificing your family, your health, or the experiences that matter most. I wanted the flexibility to be present for the people I love, to travel, and to build a career that supported my life instead of consuming it.
As I thought about the kind of business I wanted to create, one thing became clear: I didn’t just want to help businesses complete tasks. I wanted to help business owners reclaim their time.
Today, that’s exactly what Velora Concierge is built to do.

Meet Tracy
Founder & CEO
Helping people has never been just part of my career—it’s always been part of who I am. As a California native who has called Washington home for more than 15 years, a mom, and a professional with over 20 years of experience, I’ve learned that some of the most meaningful work is simply making life a little easier for the people around you.
Throughout my career, I’ve found the greatest fulfillment in bringing order to busy situations, helping teams navigate challenges, and being someone people know they can count on. I’m naturally outgoing, a little sassy, and
genuinely love connecting with people. Those experiences have taught me that trust is earned through consistency, clear communication builds confidence, and organization creates freedom.
That belief became the foundation of Velora Concierge. I created Velora to give entrepreneurs and business owners a trusted partner who genuinely cares about the details of their business—with the same professionalism, attention, and care they would expect from someone on their own team.
My goal isn’t simply to complete tasks—it’s to build a relationship you can trust, giving you more time, more freedom, and more peace of mind to focus on the business and life you’re working so hard to build. And yes, I’ll probably have a sunflower somewhere nearby while we do it.

Dear Future Client,
I know you’re tired, frustrated, and probably a lot overwhelmed.
You need support, a break, and maybe a year-long vacation but you
have no idea where to start. I’ve been there—and honestly, I still find
myself there sometimes. But you don’t have to figure it all out alone, or all at once. I believe the first step to change is acknowledgment, and your next step is right here.
I’ve always loved working in management, designing custom systems for better workflow, and supporting each step in small business startups. Entrepreneurship should create time freedom, but so many of us get stuck being an employee instead of an owner.
So my goal is simple: how can we streamline your life and get you your time back?
Sometimes that means looking at yourself and your business from the inside out. My default approach combines better systems and workflow with helping you learn to delegate and truly build a team you trust. How good would it feel to release control, check in with management as needed, and focus on what you actually want to focus on?
I started managing a hotel at 19 and have spent 15+ years managing people, projects, and operations. Around 22, I started a landscaping company that more than doubled its projected revenue in its first two years. During COVID, I managed a coffee shop that nearly quadrupled its daily revenue within two months—and sustained it. I also served as the first employee and operations manager of a roofing company that reached $1 million in revenue in its first year, with no prior roofing experience. I look at business from all angles, and when I don’t know something, I know how to ask the right questions.
As your 🌱 Growth Partner, my job is to listen to your frustrations, dreams, and what truly lights you up on both a personal and professional level. One of my favorite parts of this work is helping owners and managers release stress and control and stay open to new approaches, start to see things from their employees’ perspective, and build a culture people feel good being part of. I’m here to be your guide, sounding board, and accountability partner at all angles.
Outside of work, my favorite thing is to simply spend time with my husband and our four cool kids. I’m a Pacific Northwest native, and we love being outside year-round, enjoying all Washington’s nature has to offer.
If you want someone who leads with empathy but takes growth seriously, and will still call you out while holding herself accountable, I think we’ll be a great team. Bring your ideas and whatever’s got you stuck. Because I take your growth personally. 🌱
